  • Installation time approximately 4 hours (depending on the jobsite area)

List of additional service fees other than installation services

  • Service for dismantling prefabricated kitchen sets and hanging cabinets and disposing of them. Price 2,000 baht/job.
  • Service for drilling prefabricated kitchen worktops, price 800 baht/point
  • Water pipe moving service (not including plumbing equipment) price 1,200 baht/job

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before entering work
    • Check the installation location of the DIY kitchen set with plumbing connection points. and check the installation location of the hanging cabinet
    • Inspect all included products and equipment before installation. (If there is a difference in price, the technician will inform the matter to vFIX Contact Center and confirm the price with the customer. If the customer agrees to accept the conditions for the difference. V-Fix technician then started installing)
  2. Steps during work
    • Measure the cabinet size and drilling distance.
    • Determine the distance for installing the wall.
    • Set the position for drilling.
    • Prepare equipment for drilling
    • Set the drilling distance according to the size of the knots.
    • Drill holes in the wall at the specified location.
  3. Steps for checking after installation
    • Check the bile duct point Sewerage pipe whether there is a leak or not.
    • Check whether the work is tidy or not.

Installation terms and conditions

  1. Installation requirements
    • Ready-made kitchen set with sink top Customers must prepare various equipment such as stop valves, water pipes, sink faucets, and drainage pipe sets. Be ready before installation.
    • Assembly of the kitchen set does not include attachment to any part of the house. or other pieces of furniture
    • The above service price includes installation work for connecting water lines only if there is already a connection point. and wastewater equipment, the customer prepares the equipment
    • We reserve the right not to accept work installing new water or wastewater pipes that are built into the wall.
    • Work on strengthening walls to install hanging cabinets and drilling counter tops. Not included in the above service fee.
  2. Additional conditions
    • The wall where the ready-made kitchen set is installed must be strong and able to support the weight of the hanging cabinets.
    • For a ready-made kitchen set with a sink top The installation area must have a point where water pipes can be easily connected.
    • Installation guaranteed for 180 days in the case of normal use. (from the date of installation)
    • We reserve the right to not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been installed.
    • The company reserves the right to stop providing service in areas that are impossible or dangerous.
    • In the case that the customer wishes to move the installation point of the old kitchen set or move the installation point of the new kitchen set that has already been installed, there will be a service charge equal to the new installation.
    • The company is not responsible for any damages arising from the following cases.
      • The customer hires a third party to do the installation. or modify the company's installation work
      • The customer hires or has the company's technicians install it. Work other than the items specified in the job notification without going through the company.
    • In the case that the site is not ready to install or the village representative/building juristic person not allowed to work or if the postponement is not notified 2 days in advance, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.

Scope of service area

  • Areas nearby VFIX branches, Bangkok, metropolitan area, and branches in other provinces throughout the country (except for the 3 southern border provinces)
    • Free for the first 30 kilometers from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home.
    • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
